Held on December 7th, The Game Awards 2023, is one of the biggest esports awards shows of the year, taking place at the Peacock Theater (formerly Microsoft Theater) in Los Angeles, California, that everyone is eagerly waiting for.

The show was hosted by renowned content creators and big names in the industry Sydnee Goodman and Geoff Keighley.

Baldur’s Gate 3 Steals the Show

Baldur’s Gate 3, the epic RPG not only took home the coveted Game of the Year award but also swept categories like Best Community Support, Best RPG, Best Multiplayer, and the fan-voted Player’s Voice. Larian Studios’ exceptional work in crafting a captivating RPG experience resonated deeply with both critics and players.

But Baldur’s Gate 3 wasn’t the only champion of the night. Alan Wake 2 emerged as another big winner, taking home awards for Best Game Direction, Best Narrative, and Best Art Direction. The game’s return has been eagerly awaited by fans, and judging by its accolades, it seems it won’t disappoint.
