By Sagar V. Mankar Xbox Game Pass is continuing to grow its extensive library in March 2024, with several exciting new titles joining the popular subscription service.
Most notably, the highly-anticipated co-op farming adventure game Lightyear Frontier will launch day one into Game Pass on March 19.
Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun on March 5
Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun is a first-person shooter developed by Auroch Digital and published by Focus Entertainment.
The game is set in the dark sci-fi universe of Warhammer 40,000 and will allow players to take on the role of a Space Marine wielding the iconic Boltgun weapon.
The gameplay involves fast-paced action and brutal melee takedowns.
After releasing on Xbox Series X|S, PS4/5, and Switch in May 2023, Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun will become available via Xbox Game Pass subscription on March 5, 2024.
PAW Patrol World on March 7
PAW Patrol: World is a puzzle-platform game based on the children’s television series PAW Patrol.
It was released on September 2023 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated on March 12
SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated is a 2020 platform game based on the Nickelodeon animated series.
It was developed by Purple Lamp Studios and published by THQ Nordic.
The game was released in June 2020 for various platforms, including Nintendo Switch, PS4, Windows, Xbox One, and Stadia.
Control Ultimate Edition on March 13
Control was previously part of Xbox Game Pass but it left the service in 2022.
However, this time Ultimate Edition of the game is coming soon with two DLCs, The Foundation and AWE, and enhancements for Xbox Series X.
No More Heroes 3 on March 14
No More Heroes III is a 2021 action-adventure hack-and-slash Switch game developed and published by Grasshopper.
Lightyear Frontier Launches on March 19
Developed by Frame Break, Lightyear Frontier is an open-world game focused on exploring alien planets, cultivating crops, and constructing mechs.
Players can adventure solo or cooperatively with up to 4 friends.

MLB The Show 24 on March 19
On the same day as Lightyear Frontier, MLB The Show 24 joins the Xbox Game Pass lineup.
Developed by PlayStation Studios’ San Diego Studio, this will be the latest annual Major League Baseball sim to come on day one to Game Pass.
Past MLB The Show games have left Xbox Game Pass whenever the new iteration arrives.
So those still playing MLB The Show 23 via Game Pass should get their fill-in before it’s likely removed on March 19.

The Quarry on March 20
From Supermassive Games, The Quarry is a 2022 interactive horror drama where you control nine teenage camp counselors trying to survive a night of terror against supernatural creatures and violent locals.
Every choice you make impacts character relationships, the story’s plot, and who lives or dies by the end.
Originally released on June 10, 2022 for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC the game comes to Xbox Game Pass (Cloud and Console) on March 20.
Evil West on March 21
Developed by Flying Wild Hog, Evil West is a third-person shooter released in November 2022.
Here yoy take on the role of a vampire hunter battling a cult of evil supernatural creatures in the Wild West.
The game originally launched for PlayStation, Xbox, and Windows platforms arriving on Xbox Game Pass (Cloud, Console, and PC) on March 21.
Terra Invicta (Game Preview) on March 26
An alien invasion has split humanity into seven ideological factions in Terra Invicta, a new grand strategy game from the creators of Long War.
Lead your chosen faction, take control of Earth’s nations, expand through the solar system, and fight tactical fleet battles.
This sci-fi strategy title entered early access in September 2022 and now it joins Xbox Game Pass (PC) on March 26 as a Game Preview.
Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged on March 28
The sequel to 2021’s Hot Wheels Unleashed brings over-the-top racing action with awesome Hot Wheels vehicles like ATVs and motorcycles.
Race in 5 new environments packed with crazy stunts and challenges.
Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged launched in October 2023 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Xbox, and PC platforms and now onto Xbox Game Pass (Cloud, Console, and PC) on March 28.
Narrative Adventure Game Open Roads Delayed to March 28
Another notable Game Pass title slated for March is the single-player narrative adventure Open Roads.
Focusing on a mother-daughter road trip, Open Roads stars actors Keri Russell and Kaitlyn Dever as the two leads.
It was originally expected to hit Game Pass in February but has been pushed back to March 28.

The First Blizzard Game Diablo IV Coming to Game Pass on March 28
Diablo IV is an action RPG being developed by Blizzard Entertainment and Vicarious Visions and published by Blizzard themselves
The game had launched for Xbox Series X|S consoles on June 6th, 2023.
As Activision Blizzard’s acquisition is finalized, Phil Spenser announced Diablo 4 to be the first Blizzard game coming to Xbox Cloud Streaming on March 28th, 2024.
Diablo IV is highly anticipated by fans of the franchise and the transition to Game Pass will open the game up to a wider audience.
