Nvidia GeForce Now Adds The Finals; 16+ New Games Coming

Nvidia kicked off 2024 by expanding GeForce Now’s streaming catalog with a modest lineup including the recently launched multiplayer shooter The Finals.

While this week’s additions are few, a flood of new releases across genres are slated to join the cloud gaming platform over the next month.

The Finals Brings Ray Traced Mayhem

Headlining this update is The Finals from Embark Studios, a free-to-play PvE demolition derby pitting teams against hordes of aliens.

Nvidia’s latest Game Ready Driver unlocked DLSS 3, RTXGI ray tracing, and more for The Finals, so expect next-gen visuals when streaming through GeForce Now’s RTX 3080 tier

This Week’s Other Newcomers

Besides the marquee addition of The Finals, a handful of other games came to GeForce Now this week including Dishonored, Redmatch 2, Scorn and Sniper Elite 5 via Xbox Cloud Gaming integration.

It may not seem like a huge list, but Nvidia consistently adds new titles each week.

What’s On The Horizon?

While this week’s update was modest, Nvidia outlined at least 16 upcoming games slated for GeForce Now over the next month.

The diverse day-one launches span genres from RPGs like The Legend of Nayuta to survival horror with Invisible Strain.

Standouts include Prince of Persia’s first new chapter in over a decade, the anticipated shooter sequel Stargate: Timekeepers, and the whimsical heist game Turnip Boy Robs a Bank.

Expect More Surprise Releases Too

Intriguingly, Nvidia’s advanced roadmap of incoming games is never comprehensive.

Last December they announced 70 titles but snuck in 34 more over the month like Forza Horizon 5 and Blasphemous 2.

So anticipate even more fresh games to suddenly appear on GeForce Now’s servers, especially hot new releases.

With ray tracing and latency-slashing DLSS 3 powering the latest games from Elden Ring to Cyberpunk 2077, Nvidia’s GeForce Now service offers players an affordable ticket to cutting-edge features without expensive hardware.

And the steady influx of new hits combined with surprise additions makes for an exciting 2024 ahead!
