New Games and Updates Arrive on Apple Arcade in February 2024

Apple has unveiled the new games and updates coming to their popular Apple Arcade subscription service in February 2024. 

Game lovers can look forward to exciting new titles and content drops that will expand the Apple Arcade catalog.

Two New Titles Launching

On February 1st, Apple Arcade will launch two brand-new games for subscribers to enjoy.

1. BEAST: Bio Exo Arena Suit Team

The first is BEAST: Bio Exo Arena Suit Team, a competitive 3v3 online shooter developed by Oh BiBi. 

Players step into mechanized battle armor suits called BEASTs and face off in arena combat.

Each BEAST is styled after a different animal, like the cat-themed Clyde or owl-inspired Nyx. 

Players can choose their favorite from the selection of characters, each with their own skills and abilities.

BEAST offers a variety of multiplayer game modes like Payload, Crystal Rush, and Free For All to test your skills. 

Fans of online shooters and MOBAs should find the gameplay easy to pick up.

2. Words in Progress

Also launching on Apple Arcade in February is Words in Progress from developer Gamious. 

This word game gives players seven letters which they must assemble into words, clearing them from the screen.

The cascading, Tetris-like design sees new letters fill in the gaps, challenging you to continue forming words. 

Gamious includes different modes like Endless, Practice, and Multiplayer to test your vocabulary skills.

Updates Arrive For Current Titles

In addition to the new releases, Apple Arcade will push updates to current games in February 2024.

Some of the new content for popular titles like Taiko no Tatsujin Pop Tap Beat, Cooking Mama: Cuisine!, Jetpack Joyride+, and more will be added. 

Wintery themes, new costumes, fresh character cameos, and Valentine’s Day events offer existing players new reasons to revisit these games.

• Stitch  – New “Tiny Dinos” hoops category.
• Finity – New cozy winter tempo track and Classic mode.
• Taiko no Tatsujin Pop Tap Beat – Iconic Japanese techno-pop track Rydeen, Cirno’s Perfect Math Class, Mezase Pokémon Master, GeGeGe no Kitaro, O Vreneli, and Sacred Ruin.
• Cooking Mama: Cuisine! – A limited-time Valentine’s Day event.
• Dear Reader – Earn rare Books including Shakespeare’s Sonnets and Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass.
• Samba de Amigo: Party-To-Go – Permission to Dance by BTS, Tubthumping by Chumbawamba, and Open Your Heart from Sonic Adventure, the new Super Monkey Ball costume pack.
• Jetpack Joyride+ –  Turbo Tidal Chase event.
• Kimono Cats – 10 new collectible sets and the new Slingshot mini-game.
