This grand event promises to be a thrilling spectacle, bringing together the best teams from around the globe to compete for their share of the massive $1,000,000 prize pool.
What’s the Tournament Format?
The COCWC 2024 has a multi-stage format that kicks off with four Monthly Competitions from April to July. Each Monthly Competition has:
- Open Qualifier (anyone can enter)
- 128-team Monthly Qualifier
- Monthly Final
The winner of each Monthly Final earns a “Golden Ticket” to the World Championship Finals.
In addition to the four Monthly Finals winners, there are two other ways to get a Golden Ticket:
- Chinese Regional Qualifier: The winner gets a Golden Ticket.
- Last Chance Qualifier: This brings together the four Monthly runners-up and some community tournament winners. The winner gets the final Golden Ticket.
The Finals will pit the six Golden Ticket holders against each other for a share of the $1 million prize pool!
