By Sagar V. Mankar Skyesports, a Chennai-based esports organizer, is set to host yet another exciting tournament for THE FINALS, a fast-paced first-person shooter (FPS) title, in India.
After a series of successful creator-led tournaments, the upcoming event, called “THE FINALS – Influencer’s Odyssey,” will showcase some of the country’s top gaming influencers.
The seven-day event will run from November 26 to December 5, featuring 10 teams competing in group stages and eliminator-style playoffs.
Tournament Format and Schedule
“THE FINALS – Influencer’s Odyssey” will kick off with a five-day group stage, where 10 teams will face off in a single round-robin format. The top eight teams will advance to the playoffs, held in an eliminator-style format to crown the champions.
- Group Stage: November 26–30
- Playoffs: December 4–5
Mode
The tournament will be played in the game’s “Cash Out” mode, where four teams of three players each battle it out to secure the most cash before the timer runs out. Players can earn cash by defeating enemies or securing Cashout Stations, requiring teamwork and strategy to achieve victory.
Participants
The event will feature prominent creators, including Scout, Eagle Gaming, Binks, Alpha Clasher, Mili Kya Mili, and Soul Rebel, with more names to be announced via THE FINALS’ official Instagram, Twitter, and Discord channels

Skyesports X THE FINALS Series Legacy in India
Skyesports and THE FINALS has a long history (I mean years old) of hosting esports events in India.
In September-October, they hosted THE FINALS League, an IPL-style tournament featuring 10 teams representing Indian cities. Popular creators such as Vinay “Hades” Rao, Tanmay “ScoutOP” Singh, and Prajwal “Red Parasite” Kali participated as team captains. Ultimately, Red Parasite’s Bengaluru Starbusters defeated Scout’s Ahmedabad Meteors to claim the title.
Additionally, In August, Skyesports organized the Community Cup, an open-for-all event where Esports Team IND secured victory, winning $6,000 out of the $10,000 prize pool. Earlier, THE FINALS Esports Revolution Showdown in Chennai featured influencer-based gameplay, with Team Mortal triumphing over Team Scout to take home the championship.
And this partnership is not stopping with the Influencer’s Odyssey. Following this, Skyesports plans to launch another creator-led event called THE FINALS Armageddon. Details of this upcoming tournament will be revealed soon.
Released in December 2023, THE FINALS is a free-to-play FPS available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. The game’s standout features include destructible environments and unique soldier classes, making it a thrilling experience for players.
