In today’s world, where small developers seek investment, Google has stepped in to aid them during their initial period. Recently, Google Play has selected 10 Latin American gaming developer studios/ companies/ startups for its Indie Games Fund for 2023.

What is the Indie Games Fund 2023

It is an initiative of Google that aims to empower game studios all around the world with a handful of investment and hands-on support. In August 2023 they started the next round of Indie Game Fund and called for applications, especially from Latin America developers with less than 50 employees to receive this support from Google.

From the applications, they selected 10 Latin American gaming studios from Brazil (7), Mexico(1), Uruguay(1), and Argentina(1).
