Blizzard recently marked the 30th anniversary of its iconic Warcraft franchise, celebrating the milestone with the release of Warcraft 1 and 2 remastered. However, the celebrations don’t end there. Blizzard has announced a host of updates and new content coming to World of Warcraft (WoW), including detailed roadmaps for WoW Classic and the War Within expansion. These updates promise to keep the fantasy world of Warcraft exciting and fresh for players in the years to come.
WoW Classic 2025 Roadmap: A Year of New Content
World of Warcraft Classic, which captures the essence of the original game, will see several updates in 2025, starting with the WoW Classic 20th Anniversary Edition in November 2024. This update will introduce a new raid dungeon, an updated level cap of 60, and numerous quality-of-life improvements. Here’s a breakdown of the major phases coming to WoW Classic in 2025:

In addition to the standard WoW Classic, Blizzard is introducing several seasonal server types, such as Cataclysm Classic, Mists of Pandaria Classic, Season of Discovery, and Burning Crusade Classic, each with its own unique roadmap and content updates for 2025.
