This exciting partnership was unveiled at Netflix’s Geeked Week 2024, alongside a host of new game announcements that will soon be available to its growing audience.

Some of the standout titles include:

In addition to these, the award-winning Monument Valley franchise is also making its way to Netflix. Monument Valley 1 is already available, while Monument Valley 2 will be released on October 29, and Monument Valley 3 is set to arrive on December 10, giving puzzle game fans plenty to look forward to.

For strategy enthusiasts, the addition of Civilization VI is a major highlight. Subscribers will have access to the game’s Platinum Edition, which includes all expansion packs and extra content. Known as one of the greatest turn-based strategy games of all time, Sid Meier’s Civilization VI offers players the chance to lead a civilization from the Stone Age to the Space Age, promising an engaging and expansive experience.

Meanwhile, fans of fighting games can look forward to Street Fighter IV Champion Edition. This version brings the iconic fighting game to mobile devices with one particularly exciting feature: cross-play. iOS and Android players will be able to battle each other exclusively through Netflix’s version of the game, making it a truly unique offering.

Although Netflix has yet to announce the exact release dates for Civilization VI and Street Fighter IV Champion Edition, fans should stay tuned for further updates on when these titles will become available.

In addition to these major games, Netflix has been expanding its content by transforming some of its original films and series into interactive gaming experiences under the “Netflix Stories” banner. One notable announcement from Geeked Week was the upcoming mobile game set in Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon universe.

Titled Blood Line: A Rebel Moon Game, this cooperative action game allows players to choose from different character classes and fight to reclaim their planet from the oppressive Motherworld. Developed by Super Evil Megacorp—known for titles like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate and Vainglory—this game will be exclusive to Netflix subscribers and is slated for release in 2025.

Netflix also teased an upcoming multiplayer survival game, Squid Game: Unleashed, set to launch later this year, coinciding with the release of the series’ second season.

Since entering the gaming world in 2021, Netflix has continuously expanded its library, adding a diverse range of games, from indie hits to AAA titles like Sonic Mania, The Grand Theft Auto Trilogy, and Hades. The list keeps growing, showcasing Netflix’s ambition to become a key player in the gaming industry.

Besides gaming, Geeked Week 2024 also delivered exciting news about upcoming films and series, including new seasons of Squid Game, Arcane, One Piece, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Wednesday, and Cobra Kai, as well as titles like Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft and Devil May Cry.
