Spider-Man 2’s March Update Brings New Game Plus and More

Get ready to swing through New York City all over again Spidey fans, as Insomniac has announced Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will receive a substantial new update this March 7th

Originally slated for late 2023, Insomniac delayed the New Game Plus rollout to ensure it met their high-quality standards.

  • New Game+ mode allows players to replay the story while keeping unlocked suits, skills, and more
  • Ability to change the time of day and customize tendril colors during symbiote sections
  • Replay specific missions at will
  • Explore a map double the size of the original game, now including Queens and Brooklyn
  • Seamlessly switch between playing as Peter Parker and Miles Morales
  • New abilities, gadgets, and over 65 suits with customization options
  • Kraven the Hunter and Venom join the villain roster, promising epic boss battles
  • More fan-requested features to be revealed in future updates
  • Open-world adventure lets players freely explore Marvel’s New York as Spider-Man
