This surge in popularity is attributed to Rockstar Games’ recent Steam sale, where players can enjoy discounts of up to 80% on various titles. Red Dead Redemption 2 stands out as one of the most attractive deals, priced at just $15, reflecting a generous 75% discount.

Originally released for consoles in October 2018, Red Dead Redemption 2 made its PC debut on November 5, 2019. Since then, it has achieved remarkable success, earning over 178 game awards and selling more than 67 million copies worldwide across the platforms as of June 2024.

Often regarded as a masterpiece, this game boasts a remarkable positive score of 91% from 666,000 reviewers on Steam.

Looking ahead, Rockstar Games has fans eagerly awaiting updates on the much-anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6. Currently slated for a fall 2025 release, the lack of recent news has sparked speculation about potential delays.
