BetBoom Team Wins BLAST Slam I in Thrilling Grand Final

BLAST Slam I, the first major Dota 2 tournament hosted by BLAST, concluded in Copenhagen, Denmark. The event featured ten invited teams competing in a Group Stage followed by a King of the Hill/Gauntlet Playoff bracket, a unique format in professional Dota 2 tournaments. The total prize pool for the tournament was $1 million, with BetBoom Team emerging as champions and winning $400,000. Tundra Esports secured second place and received $200,000.

The competition began with a Group Stage, where teams played Best-of-One matches to determine their playoff seeding. The top teams in each group advanced directly to the Semifinals, while others entered earlier rounds of the single-elimination playoffs.
