BAFTA Games Awards Timeline
The official nominations for the awards will be announced on March 4, 2025. Winners will be revealed during the 21st BAFTA Games Awards ceremony, scheduled to take place on April 8, 2025.
This marks the second year that BAFTA has published a longlist before the nominations, a tradition that began during the 20th BAFTA Games Awards in 2024.
Last year’s Best Game award went to Baldur’s Gate 3, which was honored during a ceremony held at Queen Elizabeth Hall on April 11, 2024. Surprisingly it is also included in the longlist for this year’s awards.
